We believe that everyone should engage in serving Christ by using our talents, gifts, experience, skills, and abilities to serve His Church. It takes all types of people with all types of gifts to accomplish the mission God has called us to: reaching every man, woman, and child with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ. Our stance toward serving Christ by serving the church has developed from five biblical convictions about ministry involvement. We encourage you to do more than just read this list, but to also look up the passages below through which we trust God will speak to you.
1) Ministry to others can only be sustained as it flows from a healthy personal relationship with Jesus.
