THRIVE

This is our space designed just for Middle School students. Probably one of the best words to sum up this time in a person's life is the word "change." The rate of change during this crazy season is phenomenal. Sometimes it seems that for both parents and the students they slip into survival mode.

As students are growing physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially, we want to help them Thrive spiritually. We believe that God has an incredible purpose for every life. Middle School can be crazy and unpredictable, but it can also be a vital time to deepen the roots for the days ahead. Did we mention that we love Middle School students! Thrive is a place created to help students connect with God and others. While there is plenty of fun stuff to play with during the hang out time at Thrive, the live music, teaching, videos, skits, games, and small groups will help students understand God's love and God's plan. Students will experience the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ in a relevant, relational, and God-centered environment. See below for what we teach students as we strive to help them become students who live with Jesus Christ at the center of their lives.

What is a ‘win’ for us?

Individually:  We want to see students experience a relationship with Jesus Christ that is constantly growing and maturing.  This includes students owning their relationship with Christ, nurturing that relationship through reading the Bible, spending time in prayer, worshiping Him with their whole hearts, and having a desire to obey Him.  This also includes students sharing the Gospel with others and developing a servant attitude that demonstrates the love God has for them and for others.

Corporately:  We desire our group to have an impact on students and families in the Round Rock area who need to hear the Gospel message and need to experience the love of God in their lives.  Our goal is to make new disciples, but also to disciple those who are already followers of Christ.  We want to see our group corporately worship and serve others in such a way that we are a blessing to the city of Round Rock and a light to the world around us.

When: Thrive happens every Sunday morning from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM in The Zone.
